An HR management system for attendance, activity tracking, and tasks — Flutter front end, Django backend, Firebase analytics.
Aarambha HRM is an internal HR platform that replaced spreadsheet-driven attendance and task tracking with a single system managers and staff both work in daily.
- Attendance capture, activity tracking and task assignment in one Flutter front end
- Django REST backend over PostgreSQL for records, roles and reporting
- Firebase analytics and crash reporting wired in to keep an eye on real-world stability
- Built during my time at Aarambha IT Research Center, where I integrated the REST APIs and owned the mobile client
